Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. You'll never pay customs fees or import duties on your order.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

 

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after your order ships. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping.

 

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first update.

 

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

 

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, or it shows delivered but you didn't receive it, email us and we'll reship your order or refund you in full.

 

Holiday orders

For the best chance of delivery before December 25, please order by December 5.
